Not true, I got that Field Note on my alt from Help Wanted. My main got it from Steel and Flame.

Sorry but I don't believe it. Sartauvoir isn't even in that skirmish why would that Skirmish which has Dyunbu as the main opponent drop a Sartauvoir note. Guides like https://ffxivcollect.com/records sure don't list it as an option.

Obviously it's very rare but again I was on an alt so I could play with a friend and unexpectedly it dropped from there, and they appear in the skirmish that follows.
Maybe it was the one that followed but I doubt it because the one listed on websites is Help Wanted.

There is no skirmish that follows Help Wanted and from your comments here it does appear you're not really sure which skirmish it dropped in. You have a link to the website that lists Help Wanted as dropping the Sartauvoir note?

Yes, Help Wanted spawns Pyromancer Supreme which features Sartauvoir as the main enemy. I remembered it dropping from Pyromancer Supreme, so I looked it up.

Pyromancer does drop a field note which is Note 7. Note sure why it would drop 2 different notes but if you got it there you are pretty lucky. There is another fate in Zone 2 which features Sartauvoir.. That fate doesn't drop a note to my knowledge and could be a prime candidate for a fix for the spawn issue with FAF.

As a side note my alt got the 43 note this morning from Supersoldier Rising with about 5 or 6 spawns in the couple of hours I was in Zadnor. It's a 5 star note without the hassle of the FAF/Steel fate chain. Either patch it to drop in another skirmish or fix the spawn issue.

That website also listed Dyunbu's notes as drops from 'Brought to Heal' and 'No Camping Allowed' based on people's reports of it dropping there before the last patch actually added them to those Skirmishes, so it's not super accurate.
