If the dungeons in 1.21 continue the trend of Primals dropping loot to individuals who are then unable to share them, and don't at least go back to Darkhold's style of loot where they can trade items before they drop into their inventory, then it is definitely an issue still for many of us.

I don't believe that a monster in the next dungeons would drop a primal weapon. Because only the primal weapons are moving direct in the inventory instead in the loot bag first.Define non-issue?
