Hopefully we get screenshots yeah. Isn’t too much of a stretch considering we did get screenshots before benchmark of new job actions(iirc it was a picture of archaeotania fight). The thing that makes me think they’ll get an extensive slider is that they implemented them purely due to the amount of outcry from the playerbase. It’s a very delicate subject so i imagine they’ll be a bit more attentive to the playerbase’s wants in this regard. Honestly personally i don’t care either way. I don’t really like playing as taller races but they look so amazing i’m sure i’ll love it lol. It would just be a plus if it turns out the slider is extensive as it’ll make a lot of people happy.

It's true that SE has done more than they originally planned to try and make the players happy by adding the M Viera even as it will just add more to their workload.
But what if SE decides to do the model their own way and not how the players wish it to be.
Will the players be able to accept SE's decision and be happy with it or will people start complaining and asking/demanding that they need to make changes to it?
As of now the vibes I get is that there are people who are so dead set on one thing that they won't be happy unless it turns out the way they want it to be.
Wouldn't that be ungrateful to SE and all the extra hard work they put up to bring us the Male Viera?

yoshi n co are making male viera how they've imagined male viera should look in xiv. The only "compromise" we're due for is if we're individually willing to play as one when we get to see the full scope of what they serve us.

Im in regardless of their height. nice starter set, good run animation, a hairstyle I can already see myself working into glams? anything past that is a bonus. once benchmark drops its really just finding the skintone closest to my main's current so the fanta isn't too jarring haha
