I think the reason why Ronso joked if you were Amnmaat was that she in the post before said "For some reason Amnmaat wants them to be as tall as FemRoes"
And then you replied like that comment was directed to you, "I don’t mean a literal femroe slider"

Connecting those dots it was obvious that the question was meant to be as a joke.
Anyone could've seen that.
If only you taken those extra seconds you too could've.

Joke made sense if understanding the connections.
If one found it funny or not is a different story however.

And it's completely fair to think their arguments against a Femroe scale of a slider makes 0 sense.
Personally I don't think they'll get such an extensive slider.
But that's not up to me to judge, I could be wrong.
But I'm leaving that decision to SE as they obviously got a vision on how they want their very first Male Vieras to be portrayed.
I don't think they'd leave such a big event in FF history to be decided by the players anyways.
But that's just how I see it.
I will wait with patience and see how they decided to make them later when the Benchmark hits.
Or maybe we'll get more preview clips/screenshots that makes it easier to see before the Benchmark.
