Nope. Never for being undergeared, I have been kicked in the past for "pulling too much" or whatever. Typically, people will just leave if they don't like you and you are playing a tank or healer. DPS will get kicked all the time though.

I have kicked people from my dungeon runs if they're under geared...specifically healers and tanks because if you're unable to even keep me alive during a single pull, then you cant be here with me...you're just causing not only yourself, but me pain as well. I hate to do it, but at the same time, I hate wiping in literally some of the easiest content because my healer could barely keep me a live or my tank's gear was ass and he was being blown away just by the enemies looking in his general direction (not even at him). I dont really care about the DPS because...well....other than slightly lower damage so a little bit of a longer dungeon, them being undergeared, at least from my experience, doesnt cause anyone pain...if I cared about DPS gear, I'd also kick t hose ones who refuse to use their AoE rotation which in turn forces the healer to work harder because everything is dying too slowly
I agree overall but if you are wiping or dying in a single pull the healer is not the only problem just saying. Probably should care more about the dps. With solid dps you single pull an entire dunegon without a healer. Not when the content required is a mere dungeon---something that can be queued with DF. People are just plain pissy when they don't get the stuff they want ASAP but cannot be bothered to set up a BLU PF because they either ignore or clueless how to use one :P (or any speed-run PF tbh)
*cough*
Nope. Only ever got a couple of random kicks out of nowhere with zero explanation, which for all I know could have been as simple a matter as "we just want to get a friend in to mooch" and therefore might not have even been something I did that was wrong or otherwise disagreeable.
I never said I agree with it, that's just my guess to why people are trying to rush it. lv 50/60/70 dungeons tend to have "long" queues (and by "long" I mean a whooping ~5-10 mins) and to an impatient person that may seem an eternity /shrugNot when the content required is a mere dungeon---something that can be queued with DF. This tbh. People keep saying "healer and tank need to be geared, dps who cares" and nope. The faster things are killed, the least heals and mitigations are needed. Slow dps doesn't just make a run slower, it kills people just as much as a bad tank or a bad healer do, if not more.

I main as RDM, and the one big problem is we tend to output lower DPS than other classes (going by stats on various websites for this time of into) . If we have poor gear, it can get very slow. Our main advantages are AOE / RESS and our small heal. The iLVL system is flawed, as I can do more damage in lower iLVL blue's than higher iLVL greens (if the level itself is close). This can be tricky when you are in that period before you are max level, as the farming for tokens feels worthless pretty quickly, with no way to quickly gear up again.
Because I take breaks between content drops, I find I have to grind again and again, to get my iLVL up so I can do top roulette dungeons etc. It's annoying, but at least I have new content to work on, rather than keep playing the same thing grinding tokens when there is nothing new to work for (outside of big raids which I still get too nervious about doing some 4 years later)
I had a tank purposefully beyblade every single boss in a dungeon. When I asked him to stop because I can't do my positionals on the boss, I jus got hurr durr true north in response and a kick. Some obnoxious people in this game for sure.
