    I think at this point the only jobs that don't need some form of rework are Gunbreaker and Blackmage. Coincidentally the same jobs that yoshida plays. Obviously some jobs need just parts of the kit reworking like Samurai and paladin need adjustments for drifting cds whereas the likes of Summoner, White mage and Dark knight need rebuilding from the ground up

    All jobs need their levelling kits looked at and more diversity in playstyles. Not all jobs need a gauge and certainly we dont need or want spam, minimum ping levels or hotbars full of junk.
    Each job should have its own unique identity and playstyle tied to its lore and a clear position on its synergy vs selfish potency. Their kits should work with themselves and buffs strong enough to be seen without a parser.

    Pld: less drifting, handful of skills merged and qol changes
    War: needs to be less braindead, less spam and get some ogcds
    Drk: badly needs to become its own job again, with a fixed version of HW plus the best bits of shb and sb
    Gnb: qol mainly and sfx
    Whm: eliminate clipping, utility, freecure moved to stone, elements returned, more dps actions, more potency
    Sch: return of dot mage, bane, shadowflare. Ditch the fae gauge, increase synergy, make selene/eos different and functional and strong enough
    Ast: return time magic and card versatility, change healing style so its not whm, add two dps actions
    smn: overhaul to phase based pets/trances
    blm: qol and less strict timers
    rdm: water+ice, higher skill ceiling, sword attack to recover mp, embolden fix, sfx more impactful
    drg: qol, new actions for shb not just 30-50 again
    sam: drift fix, rotation more varied
    nin: make none trick attack less dull
    mnk: cull junk actions, make chakra useful, add more useful stuff
    mch: less ping reliant, scrap battery and spam, less flips, useless stuff scrapped
    bard: songs work on self and stronger and returned to original effects, bane, return some moves
    dnc: consistant fan 3, improvisation useful, a dot to manage

    most importantly? we need a rework of the job designers. I think our current pair+apprentice have been playing favourites and aren't listening enough. Certainly none of them are healer or tank players and that MUST change

    Sage took more than half a year to be finalised and they struggled for motivation. Yet reaper they put together in no time in comparison. It really does go to show how dps centric they are.
