If a dev team I trusted for such were at the helm, I'd agree. But, alas, I've disliked more than not from the NIN, MNK, and MCH reworks, each (and arguably even those softer "reworks", or drastic reiterations, of DRK and BRD).
Without that, I can only hope we finally see an aim towards cohesion, distinction, and interesting play, and realize that such does not necessarily sacrifice parity (and that whatever apparent fight design constraints or broad conventions that would make interesting parity appear impossible are more than worthwhile to address and correct).
