Viera and Hrothgar Megathread

I really think it can't be that simple. There's no reason for them to withhold purchased Mog Station hairstyles and other new styles if modifying them is a straightforward business and they go to the effort for Miqo'te.

Surely it must be something in how the data is stored and accessed rather than just that the models won't work and can't be adapted. And if it is, then it's a problem that will persist even if they add new Viera-specific styles.

I believe they mentioned along the way its because of how Viera heads are modeled...like they modeled it in a different way compared to the other heads in the game which doesn't really play that well with the system they have for implementing hats and hairs (which is what we can all reasonable conclude is the reason for the major graphics engine upgrade/overhaul that is coming....whenever)

You know what else I was thinking. Inbefore vieras and hrothgars get more hairstyles we will probably see more hairstyles added to the other races......
