Parsers add replayability for casual players

I'm sure that helps, but it still doesn't change the fact that they did run into trouble with Ultimate and why they have to find better ways at doing it so hopefully they won't have to delay it in the future.

Ultimate was cut for Bozja, viera hair was put on hold for male viera, and we can't have a personal parser because of feelings. Facts don't care about feelings. A parser displays a number.

And that's why a parser doesn't care whether it exists officially or not. People with feelings are the ones wanting (or not wanting) a parser since a number is irrelevant by itself without people with feelings giving meanings to that number.

Sounds like a net win to me. More people will play Bozja than will ever touch an Ultimate, me included. So I'd say that makes it more worthwhile to produce.

Would not say a net win. Ultimate is s boon for the games exposure. FFXIV twitch numbers during world first props are impressive compared to the average viewer rate of FFXIV. Really only a net win if you want to ignore potential growth.
