Some people just don't care to play better, and enjoy playing the job in that way.

What do you mean enjoy playing the job that way? What is that way? There are many ways to play. I am not expecting everyone to have the best performance in every run, I am expecting basic competency. And in case it is lacking, I am expecting that you can at least communicate. Tell us why you are unable to play and give us a good reason to carry you. "It is just fun for me to be bad" is not good enough.

When your enjoyment comes at the expense of the people around you, you are toxic. You may not be using words, but your actions speak louder.

You don't have to queue up with random people when you give zero ****s how your actions are affecting them and feel you have no obligation or responsibility with the role that you've picked to play, you can always do dungeons with your squadron or trust npc-s. When you are with people, things are expected of you.

Some people don't play in basic competency. Some people don't use skills they don't like in a job no matter how good said skill is. Some don't do a rotation how we want.



Tons of people like that in this mmo. The best way to counter act it, is to be apart of a ls and build your own groups that has players you know that all agree to be at your acceptable level of competence. If you are using a queue system to find your groups and want people to play at your acceptable level. That is not going to happen. This mmorpg has so many types of players and play styles that don't see your way of thinking.
