100% this. The sexual Dimorphism of Au'ra is really over the top. Plus there's so many femme female options.
Someone was saying that a more masculine female wouldn't be as popular. Even if that's the case, there's already so many cute female options in the game, don't you think you have enough choice already? What about women who want to be more heroic and physically powerful? You're basically stuck to femroes, and they're literally just tall.
My only fear is that they end up doing to Hrothgar female what they did to Au ra female, when comparing original designs vs what we got.

I think it's safe to say that female Hrothgar will be just as bestial as the males.
Female Ronso, the race that Hrothgar are based on, have already been shown in previous games, and they are just as bestial as the males (with a noticeably more feminine appearance). They were an excellent female equivalent to the males, with their "beastliness" being parallel to their male counterparts.
As awesome as that female Kimahri fan art is, it's just too human-like and too far removed from what makes Ronso/Hrothgar recognizable. It's closer to Pantera from Bless or Firran from Archeage, and those are pretty much Miqo'te with facial fur.
If they did try to tone down the females' "beastliness", it might end up like this. These are screenshots I found of Skyrim mods attempting to recreate the Ronso race.
It would be pretty awkward to have something like this in the game, especially considering that Ronso have already been featured in previous games.
The dev team have concept art and character models to use for inspiration. I doubt they're going to tone it down and give us a Korean MMO type of situation where the females are completely mismatched with the males.
For that, I'm confident female Hrothgar will be bestial, meaning they will be a rightful and proper female equivalent to the males. They won't just be Miqo'te with facial fur like Firran or Pantera (or these horrible Skyrim mods I found).

Indeed, if the end goal is to get all of 5 people to be female hrothgar then they will rule 63 the males
Odd assumption, it's pretty clear people want a beastly option for females and not for the females to look the same as every other female in this game.
WoW has lots of beast races and they're very popular on both genders, as an example.
