    If they would just answer to an email or Form. But simply nothing!
    Not even a phone-number or direct chat is available!

    Busy yes. But why not send a short email and confirm, that ur ticket is work or give us a time, a date....

    Why they sell things, when they u cant handle it...??? I payd with PayPal too... If this is the problem... why offer the service to us....

    BTW: U can't even change the pay method now... otherwise i would change to credit card...
    No options there, just change billing address or shipping address

    I'm really pss'd on the situation right now. Just let the customers in the rain.

    It was poorly handled to say the least. Even so, it's no surprise that their systems are swamped.

    First, they're definitely busy with post fanfest orders.
    Second, covid-19 is still a thing and they may work at a reduced workpower.

    First, they're definitely busy with post fanfest orders.
    Sure ur right... I bet we get a standard prescribed email by end of this week with total nonsense like "check ur spam-folder, bla bla bla"

    I mean a confirmation email is not handwork. its simply a sytem generated mail with a code... What takes 3+ days?

    In the meantime I did a test and bought a TimeCard for 60 days with creditcard.. The email came instantly with code...
    Not the same i know, but I more and more think, that PayPal Method is broken... Idk... maybe I overreact a bit or see ghosts lol.

    But what do they expect, if they sell things, that are out of stock 30 min after release....

    I'm in the same position as you, but have had some luck getting in touch with support today, not that it has done much favours so far.

    Purchased 2x digital Collectors Editions and a Box via Paypal, same issues as you, 0 confirmation, no email, no record other than a pending order on the store,but unable to make any adjustments to it other than Shipping / Billing
    Try go get keys, only listed as "you're keys are still being prepared"

    Contacted customer services, and the first generic response was

    Thank you for contacting the Square Enix EU Store Team.

    We are sorry to inform that we are currently waiting for stock for this product, hence the reason as to why you haven't received the confirmation page.

    We kindly ask for some patience for the restock.

    Don't hesitate to contact us for any further information.
    I Queried this, asking how you could not have stock of a Digital Download or Pre-order key, and got another reply

    your payment hasn´t gone through jet, once we have fully charged you the rest of the process will take place,

    you´ll receive an invoice and the keys will be available

    So at this point, left in Limbo as its clearly some issue in communication between the store and Paypal...........

    Wow, just wow... so they offer a Spaghetti-pay-Service, that not works and instead of fix the mess or stop the option,
    they resold double to the ones with Credit cards, that goes thru?!?!
    So we have to wait for the restock somewhen and get the preorder Bonus two weeks before official release, when
    PayPal finally works and payment goes thru?
    How poor can u handle a pre-sale and a web-store. Not even allowed to change payment methods for something they
    messed up totally is just the tip on it....
