    I ordered mine today at 13.20 MESZ. See the order under my account on the SE Store.
    But even after 11 hrs, I not got the confirmation Mail or Pre-Order Mail!

    I'm worried, something went wrong, since others got em in between now....

    Are there others, still miss the(se) Mails???

    Q: Will there be any maintenance fees or other costs for housing, besides the cost of the land and house?
    A: In older MMOs, such as Ultima Online, there was a house maintenance fee you had to pay weekly, but in FFXIV: ARR we decided against this system. Similarly, these older MMOs also had a system where your house would break down if you didn’t log in after a while in order to have you continue your subscription, but this is a thing of the past and we won't have any system like that.

    Doesn't really matter who got a mail or not. Wait 48 hours if you still haven't got a mail send in a ticket to support.

    Willing to wait the 48 hours, the site said my order was fine but nothing on my account or a email. So a little worried about it personally here, considering I did my order 12bst on the clock on the eu store.

    Had some problems with the my order too. After my order no mail, no item was in my order history, so i order 2nd time and the 3rd time and still noting, after 30 min i had 3 items in my history and had to chancel the other 2.

    Short update...
    48 hours have passed since my successful order now... The product is still in my Account (incl. Order-number, etc., Status pending)
    Still no email... Nothing!
    As advised I've contacted the SE Store Support via Form and via email.
    Guess what? Ya..., right nothing either!
    They shouldn't only take our money, they should also support and reply to their paying customers.

    Are there any other ppl, that still wait on the mail?

    Only email I've received from them has been about cancellation of accidental duplicate Collectors due to site error.
    So I'm not alone waiting on this email, i guess.... Have u written an email / Form to the support too?
