and by no mean to order double or anything. I have order a second timn out of Panic. However, it show only one order in my order history. (So i hope it stay like that for i do not have to cancel the other one if the other one show up )

I was having the same problem when I preordered last night, but I got my confirmation email about 15-20 minutes after I placed my order and then it showed up in my order history as well. I feel like it was probably just the store being overwhelmed (there was a queue to get in when I was trying, so this would confirm that fact as well). I tried checking my credit card in the meantime to see if there had been any kind of "authorization charge" or anything that I could use to verify the order went through, but there wasn't even that - and in retrospect, of course not, because the SE store usually doesn't charge you for preorders until slightly before they ship or until you go in and manually force the payment ahead of time if you want (but you can't do that if it's not showing up in your order history).
It's not ideal for those of us who are the nervous types, but then I think best advice would be to just be patient for a little bit to see if your email confirmation comes through (be sure to check your spam folder and whatnot as well), and if you eventually feel like too much time has gone by and you haven't seen anything, you could always try reaching out to support.

You won't receive any paypal confirmation (as far as I'm aware) until they start shipping it and actually credit your paypal account. Currently you've only linked it, but didn't pay anything yet. The same happens when you pre-order merchandise. You don't get a paypal message until they actually ship it.
It takes some time. I got mine after a few hours.

Only first order can be cancel. This cancel option come very later. The second one no cancel option yet.

It's the same situation for me.
Personally, I'll just wait for my emails to arrive (which they didn't yet). Then I'll try to cancel the second purchase again.
If it's still not possible tomorrow, I will write the support and ask to cancel my second purchase and keep the first one. I guess, all we can do is wait now until we have more infos. :/

Nope, mine is still there. But it's reassuring the cancelled yours automatically. I'll hope they do the same for mine
Didn't get any emails yet though.
EDIT: Now my second purchase got automatically cancelled aswell. ^^

It really does seem like the SE site is struggling with the amount of preorders, even 3 hours after you guys did all yours mine was sloooooow. Not so much the delivery, I got the email within a couple minutes, but the page loads were terribly slow, and my cart confirmation showed nothing for quite literally 5 minutes. I logged out, and back into the SE store and everything was there, and I was able to finish the purchase.
