The dragon song one? It wasn't cut, it got delayed into EW.
They aimed for 2 every expansion, but the pandemic hits, they lost more than just a few days to set up the work-in-home environment.
And even with their in-home stations set up, they would be no where as powerful as the ones they got in their office, further hindering their work pace.
This is just unexpectant cascaded into a misfortunate result.

Also the didn't ultimate team also picked up BLU after the first two ultimate(correct me on this one if I am wrong), so they got more things to work with beside just two ultimate.
