yes among other things, people wanted male viera and yoshi was kind enough to give it to them, now they're complaining because it does fit their specifications, have some gratitude, people who want female hrothgar are going to have to wait even longer to get their wish.

I'd have to read through the thread to see what some of the complaints are. Personally, I'm very happy with what we got!

I don't love the way they look in the trailer... but I'm by no means ungrateful. Still going to play with it in the character creator and see if I can make one look pleasing to my own eye, and even if I can't, I'm still going to be happy that I at least have the option to be that race. Can't speak for others, but I wouldn't be surprised if this is a sentiment shared by others.

If you see the history of the thread, the desires for how they might look really ran the full spectrum from tall and muscular to basically Ivalician moogles without wings. There was always going to be a sizable portion of the players unhappy with the final result. But I do think we're all still happy that at least the sex exists as something playable.
