Hard no. The second you give them out you totally destroy what they represent. and in reality it's not something you'd notice because it's invisible 99% of the time. unless your a bikini clad cat girl. so there's no reason any one else should have it. it represents something and that significance should stay.
I think it's less about exclusiity per se and more about what items and things represent within the game itself. the same thing happened with the white ravens fiasco. giving them out to everyone totally destroys what they signify and represent. and thats generally a bad thing.
In general though exclusives from something like pre ordering an expansion i would say yeah chuck them up on mogstation as they dont really symbolise anything special within the game itself where things such as the legacy tattoo or the legacy mounts do..
but then I tend to think that everything on the mogstation should be attainable in game. even if tied to a grind of some form.. something like the play dead emote could be tied to the kindness of strangers achievments for example.
The issue XIV has is its double standards in trophy value and significance... 99% of the games content the trophies and stuff all get destroyed and lose value because they become roflstomps and basically handed out to everyone with zero effort. because I think at one point Yoshi P said. There's no value in digital trophies or rewards so theres no harm in giving them to everyone.. But then he contradicts that by keeping the digital trophies and rewards tied to things like ultimates and pvp exclusive so they keep there value.. total hypocrasy.
But this then comes down to one of the games biggest complaints. Everything players get is ultimately just junk because nothing holds value or signiificance which is why more and more players are getting sick of the treadmill grinding new junk to throw away and then more new junk to throw away and so on and so on.. but I also think thats part of why players do get even more prtoective than usual over the few exclusive things they do actually have because they're are the only things that hold any semblance of value or actually represent something.
