Can we use ACT to recognize who is griefing the party and report them afterwards?

I just had a run with a dragoon who has 7 classes at level 80 but for some reason refused to do any AoE in a level 66 dungeon and the sprout blm was dealing more damage to the bosses despite failing her rotations. I appreciate that at least she is trying. The reason for the dragoon's poor performance I quote "I have a terrible headache^^". Why are you playing if you have a headache which is basically preventing you from playing and ruins the experience for other players? What purpose does the "^^" at the end serve? To indicate that you are trolling your party and happy because you think I can't do anything about it? Like seriously. His behaviour is disruptive and this is against ToS and hopefully, the GM who is going to be investigating the case will deem it as such as well.

Is it allowed to say things like "at the last pull I(gnb) used only Keen Edge and Brutal Shield and still did more DPS than the dragoon" in the report? Can we use the data from the ACT to validate a report and prove our points?

Just so I understand, after this party you got so upset you looked up this persons profile to see all the jobs they leveled. Then you try and play mental arbiter over whether or not they deserve the right to play based on not being sound of mind enough because of a potential headache. Then you try and decipher some crazy hidden meaning behind "^^", to only conclude it has to be malicious trolling because you think... THEY think... you're having an existential crisis of control. Then of course you report them over the slightest of inconveniences.

It's not after. I confronted them during the dungeon. I don't like carrying people who are trolling me. Just as you don't like objectiveness. Yes, I got upset, and I have every right to be. You went through some serious word gymnastics to put it as if using only basic attacks and level 1 skill is somehow acceptable and try to paint me the evil one here. But what am I to expect from a person who has been around for 10 years. I would be more surprised if you actually looked at things objectively. DPS not doing DPS because they have a headache is the same as me not tanking because I have a headache. Don't queue, don't play, drink a cup of tea, go see a doctor, rest, get well then start playing.

One person doesn't need long to realize that talking and trying to argue anything is actually completely fruitless here.
In this thread, thankfully there were many who responded with some advice and told me what to do. But I also encountered some severe prejudice by of course a player with almost a decade old account.

It is beyond hilarious to think, hint or even say that the new guy who's been playing the game for two months is the "real" problem with this game community. This community was like this before I came here and it will remain the same after I remove myself from it. The people who remain are the ones who are sustaining the problem whatever that problem may be. The way things are looking, I am happily going to enter into the "silently kicking everyone that ruins my fun" mode. For some reason you think, I will sit here and accept insults and ridiculous objections. I didn't have to ask anything, I didn't have to report anyone. I knew that I can kick them. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt for the whole run. I tried reporting because I thought at that time that such type of griefing could you banned. Apparently I am wrong and here I am at the forums writing replies to people who are defending a player that was not actually playing. I learned it is pointless. I am not repeating my mistakes.
