I hope this will also mean that all the Jobs get balanced in a way, where you can have proper 1vs1 matches with every possible matchup between Jobs without fights being onesided (looking straight at you, DRG "mains") or incredibly stale (anyone vs healer).

I can't imagine a lower priority when the focus is and always should be team-based gameplay.
