    So the solution on people's end is to not be rude. You may still get a negative reaction, but you'll likely also get more positive reaction. And at the end of the day, kick/disband/leave is still an option.
    Or we get the another spectrum people just go the silent kick route and no longer offer help or criticism unless asked but because the game does a poor job offering feedback as to how ones perform people may be less likely to ask to help or advice. The tales of the duty finder thread does show that many experienced players have given up offering criticisms and advice due to people thinking they are doing fine cause the content was cleared. Sure it is a perception problem.
