    Id rather they copy DCUO style system where any gear you got regardless of which character earned it gets added to your style menu. So any character (or in this case job)can wear whatever you earned already.

    If they copied it they would have to do it like that just because of how this game is. At least in Wow a Paladin doesn't wear cloth. Here I can swap to a caster and wear that cloth armor. So it would have to he like that. If it wasn't then just go back to the crappy system we have now.

    Whats wrong with a tank wearing cloth gear? we already have people wearing chicken and toad outfits. let casters wear armor or melee dps wear robes.

    The funny thing is they already do, but they're just few and far between. I can see why they'd try to keep job/role identity intact (even though animal suits and casual urban clothing exists) but I'd rather the devs design more non-stereotypical gear - more plate gear for melees and casters, pants and less frills for healers, more skimpy tank gear, etc. - if they're not willing to make all gear interchangeable, the least they can do is mix and match themes more often.
