I want Jeuno, Sky and Sea.
I want Jeuno, Sky and Sea.

Vaan > Balthier, yeah I went there.Vaan was the only thing wrong with XII imho. He wasnt even an original idea. But nooooo we had to have a character to experience the world through like Tidus, said the SE higher ups....
Should have just followed Balthier and started with his escape from being a Judge to everything else, leaving out the child.
And as a side note, I personally feel that it is a mistake for SE to make these international versions of games and not put them out outside of JP. XII izjs was amazing. X inter was fantastic (though finally getting that one in a hd port from what I hear)
but thats like saying Aids > Cancer.
On a more serious note, I agree I think the international versions outshine the originals .

since this is a theme park game why not.
each expansion could be its own world.

Read the post carefully. He said content based IN worlds from previous FF titles.
From a technical perspective there would be a conflict if there was a world server named Besaid, and a Besaid server hosting the zones from Besaid island from FF X. That's one reason I can think that content based in other FF worlds would make them reserve these names for that purpose.

^^^ This seems to be almost a certainty.
^^^This would just make me giddy, but not a certainty.
^^^ i also think this is a certainty.
^^^as is this.
^^^I think this is likely.

It would be so awesome and not "cheap" or lore-unfriendly if they added an endgame dungeon based on Memoria from FF9. Memoria is already in a different dimension than the actual worlds of FF9, and it could easily contain homages, inspirations, and allusions to any other FF games because of the "memory/reality" aspect.

Although this goes to something else i expect, but hope will happen, which is varied instance lengths ..as in not just 1 hour, but 30 minutes, 2 hours, 3 hours etc, or no timer at all. In a case like this, no timer would i think make the best sense.

I would like to see things like this added in the form of instanced raids. Along with a nifty cut-scene & story segment.
It seems to just fit the instance model. As for the FF14 open world, i think it should be it's own.
Yoshi first indicated he wanted to do this sort of thing over 2 months ago.
https://member.eu.square-enix.com/en...yoshida-part-1I really want to make the most out of the franchise's history. Not many other games have this incredible history, so I'd like to put as much of that as possible in this game. Not only by using ideas, objects and locations from older FINAL FANTASY games, but also by adding new things to the universe. I have a lot of plans, so please look forward to finding out what I have in mind.
