A few complaints about the NieR Raid rewards on Part 3

That's my thought. Likely a mount, glamour, or minion will be end result(or at least I hope)

Actually, it's more than about a pair of shorts. If you have played Nier: Automata or even paid attention to the cutscenes in the three raids, 9S' outfit and 2B's are entirely different. The top is different from the design to the accessories attached and even the coloring is different. The "shorts" as you put it, are the most obvious part that is different. I'm going to go out on a limb here and assume you skipped the cutscenes and didn't even bother to look at the NPC's in game, much less care about them. Don't knock someone's complaint that is legitimate to something as trivial as "I want 9S' shorts for a glam." There are quite a few outfits in this game that are gender locked that would look great on female players; this is especially true for the femroes who have to contend with outfits that were originally tailored for miqo'te, hyur, and au ra. You trivializing what the people here are pointing out is only adding to the problem; so do us all a solid and have the decency to be a bit more respectful. After all, you wouldn't want someone to TLDR your complaints that way would you?

You are overly sensative, and see offense where there is none. I didn't say it wasn't valid. It's a nice outfit and would look good on both male and female avatars.

Shorts can be un-gender locked a lot easier than tops. Tops need extra models made to accommodate the boobies. Right now, we see a consistant shorting of allocation of artists to do this - in hairs, and in clothes. Especially hair and hats for the 2 newer races.

I would appreciate more artists assigned to this.

So, please stop being so darned defensive and thinking anyone with a slightly diverged idea is 100% against it. Sheesh.

I was keeping my thumbs crossed that they'd release a non-gendered glam version of 9S' outfit as well, but I guess they didn't think he was important enough for that or something.

I don't see why you want yet another unoriginal, derivative piece of glam that's just going to be played out instantly the moment everyone and their mother decides to start wearing it because "omg i saw that outfit in nier automata."

Nier isn't even a good game. Personally, I just want this alliance raid series to be over so we can move onto something worthwhile instead of a blatant advertisement for a crappy game that isn't even final fantasy. :/

I'm over it. Good riddance Nier raids.

For me, it's really just a case of there being so many things I would have wanted to see, and even in some cases expected to see, that there's no way it could have all been in there. Personally, I couldn't care less about 9S glam so that would have been a wasted reward as far as I'm personally concerned. If there is one thing (or set of things) I would have liked to see most, it would have been weapon skins. Automata already has weapon designs for a pretty good chunk of the weapon types in 14, and the general style (or even other games in the Drakengard/Nier franchise) could have been used to make the rest. They wouldn't have even needed to float along behind you like in Automata if that was too much work.

Did you complain like this when we got the Monster Hunter stuff? Pretty much all glamour in this game when it comes out you see literally everyone wearing. Tomorrow everyone will be in chicken suits. Just because you don't like something doesn't mean others do too.

Anyway to main topic I'm kinda surprised they just had the 2B outfit in general in terms of non-job locked glamour. I don't expect every character but would have been nice to have 9S's on the side, especially since his hair is available.

One thing that I couldn't really understand is why the aiming set for males is a cape ripped apart and ragged, and females get something similar but in perfect state?!

Honestly came here just to express my own disappointment at this. 9S is my favorite and I was expecting to see his glamour coffers in those final chests. Instead, I left the raid with very mixed feelings. Especially with all that happened in the story of it.

Also his minion being the rarer drop, I just... :c

Please please please, let us spend the raid coins for the minions. I've been unable to roll well enough to win any of the NieR minions since the raid series started. It's to the point that it hurts my enthusiasm to run them. It's just heartbreaking to see a minion I want so badly drop and then go to someone else again, and again. Even if its takes 99 weekly coins, it would be better than the probably-never odds that I have right now of getting the 9S minion.
