The annoyance is found from picking a class that has a raise and then deciding unilaterally that you're going to watch everyone die instead of play your class to its full potential and be a teammate, in fact being able to raise might be one of the reasons you were allowed to join the party/group.
Instead because your healers both decided to die to the same mechanic(s) we're just going to waste that entire pull because "but ma dps".

This isn't an argument for bad healers or players though, failing multiple mechanics is your fault but not raising one of the dead healers when they've only died once in the entire duty because you'd rather just keep dpsing is being a bad teammate even if your healers are bad. If you don't want to take the responsibility of having a raise then don't play classes that have raises. Healers have the same responsibility for having to heal people who take unnecessary damage.
