RP Party finders being reported AGAIN without so much as a reason.

I wasn't debating whether SE looks down upon RP. I was stating there are no official RP servers, so what RPers may claim is an "RP world", or "RP datacenter", isn't so.

A bunch of overflow RPers taking it upon themselves to rush a world, and (again) proclaim it is now an "RP world" is just a bad look. It still doesn't make that world an actual RP world, it wasn't before, and it isn't now. Until SE makes dedicated worlds for RP SPECIFICALLY, RPers should keep in mind the others who may not want to participate or view that spam in their chat.

I understand what you're saying and I'm pretty sure SE didn't make RP worlds because they wanted it to be open anywhere, not just on a world they made an RP server. Like I think they actually said that way back when but it was years ago - I could be remembering incorrectly. I know Balmung was set that way among the community before 2.0 ever launched. It makes sense that role players would find a server (or more if one is full) so they have other role players to role play with if SE didn't make an official one.

On a side note - I always shake my head and laugh when people play a Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game and are somehow shocked when a bunch of people are role playing in the game.
