Quality design like linking their hair to the tattoo slot? Making Hrothgar use fantasia to change their hair?

The fact hrothergar/viera came out half-baked doesn't mean we can't see f hrothgar/m viera, but you cannot say they released with quality when those "future custom hair options" never came while they released 3 hairstyles they can't use.

Yep, female viera/male hrothgar released in a real sorry state. Like I said before, if they were to release the missing genders in the same state, it just simply wouldn't be worth the continuous strain on resources going forward after that.

Such a state, they would need a full on overhaul - I think - to 'fix' them. That is pretty bad.
