Male Viera as a playable character! show your support

They literally are not the same race, they even go by different names and 100% work differently from Ronso. The Males having Unicorn Horns is the biggest difference I can point to in how they are different from Hrothgar. There isn't just a few Ronso Males that are born without Horns, all Males are Born with Horns. So the one Custom option we can get that comes with the Horn, and them being called ronso on the 1st, is moreso just fanservice and/or a reference. But they are Hrothgar, an original race to FFXIV. Not Ronso from FFX. Viera for the most part, work exactly the same as they do to...Viera. And are actually called Viera on teh Source the game mostly takes place in; even coming from the same homeland area thats apart of Dalmasca.
Do know, I really dont have an issue with Male Viera, anybody that thinks I do just dont understand my stance here. Its one thing and completely fine to disagree with me, but it feels more like Im just not understood. And I notice when Im not understood, people start filling my posts with things I never said or argued, which is quite annoying. Me posting cats and being optimistic on a Hrothgar thread and then me posting an unpopular opinion about how id personally like Male Viera to be added does not at all say I have an issue with Male Viera. That doesnt even make sense....

And this is quite old...but I never once made the argument that Lore, or any other reason is an excuse why Male Viera Can't be put into the game. Im not looking to Limit the Viera in any shape.
And the FemRoe and Male Miqote situation have no baring on the Male Viera conversation. They are races that were made one way in 1,0, then updated and changed in 2.0 with the games revival and rework. The Viera are not in the same situation and come from another game.

Exactly point. The same you say about Hroth splashs to Viera. Not same feet, hands... The thing here is, both are inspired by, they are original as a race from this universe of FF, but not unique or new as Au Ra. Which is not a bad thing.
Even the scenario being the "same" it is not. Remember that thing of Shards and stuff? It is like another universe, a reflection. But evolution and events turns them different. (Edit: the name issue Hrothgar/Viis I think is more a copyright stand as much as this lil' diferences about them, so for future legal stuff they would claim "But it is not the same, it is a reference!")
Be glad that no one understands you. Genious and crazy people share that and both do the difference. If everyone here agreed with everything, the topic would have died long ago, we just squish you so we can understand your stance and because it does a good debate.
That is why what you post in other topics are worth researching, to get to know a piece of you. The Fem Hroth or the DPS that pulls... I am more a lurker than active forum user, and I stand with you. Sing your heart out, being of different opinion is way more worthy, you argue with base other than others than just spits things like "coz ErP" which are just flames to stir the heat...
What I will close this debate here for now is that you keep hitting your hammer on the Ivalician Male Viera Lore to be worked on from previous games, when they here would be another reflection. They do need to insert their coming out of the jungle, but there is not anything to work like a Hollywood movie upon that. In the end will follow the same "Hero Quest" classic, how it will be written or located in the World of FF is beyond all of us.
