Quality design like linking their hair to the tattoo slot? Making Hrothgar use fantasia to change their hair?

The fact hrothergar/viera came out half-baked doesn't mean we can't see f hrothgar/m viera, but you cannot say they released with quality when those "future custom hair options" never came while they released 3 hairstyles they can't use.

I was talking about the design, not the current state they're in.

The developers are mishandling them indeed. But I think both of them are very well done races with the exception of all the problems they currently have. But to say no new races should be added (even if that makes sense after 5.0) is just unnecessary. As far as I know they never stated the reason why both of the races are being ignored, not that I am aware of.
