Because the title of OP is "DPS who pull mobs".So why did you ask?
No one is forcing you to pull first as a DPS.
Just asking for the tanks to do their damn job and not let someone die because they were faster than them, and telling that using Arm's Length if a ranged DPS runs ahead will be helpful for literally everyone involved.
I didn't understand that to mean that only those who thought that a good thing were allowed to post. Or that rhetorical responses were not allowed.

Disingenuous. You asked why you should do that, I told you why it's beneficial, and you said that you didn't care because you didn't like the answer.
im baby
No, I said at the get go that I didn't care about speed of the runs.
Edited Note: and that's all that your responses so far has been about.

Re-read yourself. You never once stated that you didn't care about speed, let alone "many times".
If you ask "why should I do x or y" and just say "don't care" when you get an answer, you obviously weren't interested in knowing why in the first place.

See, for example, https://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/...ll-mobs/page28
Whether or not you believe that i've said it before many times is irrelevant.See, for example, https://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/...ll-mobs/page28
Even if you think it's the first time I've said it, it does not invalidate my point.
That speed is not sufficient reason for dps pulling to be a good thing, unless the tank and healer both are ok with it, or you are willing to die if you decide to take one for the team, in which case, suck it up and don't complain.
