Thing is not a single person has exampled the difference beyond, they are a child / minor and they do dumb shit that is part of growing up. I am sorry if I refuse to sit here and think a child / minor that willfully lies and deceives another person either in some attempt to be an adult or to just get people in trouble should be treated as an innocent and blindly condemn another without looking at the context, and even when the context is taken into account it often boils down to tough should have known better. When for all they we know they had no means to no better cause they did not have the life experience to tell the difference, read the cues or what have you.

It's not RMT when they are not trading ingame stuff for real money. They are their own feet and they can do with them whatever they want. However when they would take Gil instead of real money that would count as RMT.

That is my point that some adults especially non neurotypical adults fall under this category. So the same social considerations should apply.

With that said willfully lying to deceive and misguide an adult should also be taken into consideration when it comes to these situations especially when dealing with potentially non neurotypical or those who simply fall under the naive and gullible side of things. Just because someone is of adult age does not mean they have the same capacity in terms of judgment many things can hamper development many of which are out of our control. If brain development is the reason behind the considerations the it is only fair to offer the same level of consideration to adults that may also lack the development necessary akin to minors.

Unless it is something else entirely that is the reason for the considerations. I get my position if it applied in a broad sense could be easily abused by adults though I can also say some minors easily abuse the current standards to their favor. Sure in the case of minors it is not to a large degree so if that level of abuse of the system is fair for minors I think it should also be that way for adults under the right circumstances.

I am not saying an adult of sound mind should get a free pass, I am saying as a society especially our legal system we should have laws that reflect the understand that non neurotypical adults exist and it is not uncommon that can function for the most part in daily society but have atypical behavior or understanding of social norms, or generally just lack the social and emotional intelligence to pick up on the cues that someone may be lying or trying deceive a person.
