Headgear for Viera and Hrothgar in 6.0

Yeah most of the Viera and Hrothgar hat mods probably look bad in certain situations, but then again so does plenty of gear with the old races. Tails clip, horns clip, hair clips, doesn't really seem fair to hold modders to a higher standard than we hold SE.

The fact modders can make it work at all means that hatless Viera and Hrothgar isn't some limitation inherent to the game or the races, SE just don't want to do the work required for whatever reason. Up to them I suppose, still disappointing though.
