I can definitely see something to be done about relocations. As I can appreciate it's not fair to someone at a placard that a spot they have been diligently waiting for is snapped up instantly.

I say this as someone who had an undeveloped Goblet plot for 3 weeks who then waited for a more suitable option in the Mist come up and sniped it from others waiting. I also have an ultimate spot in Lavender should it ever arise and wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

Yes, there's a cost for relocators, but Gil as a barrier, compared to a random timer are not comparative inhibitors. Ultimately, the entire limited numbers thing is completely BS anyway, and they have an opportunity with these upcoming Islands to do something, though I severely doubt they won't, the other option being that rooms in Guilds, or Apartments and physically expanded and ideally given a second floor. As while some will definitely want the outdoor aspect, it's a lot more bearable to get a place that's decent to decorate to begin with.
