I also have had a itch in the back of my mind to see a Sil'dih reconstruction saga, complete with even dungeon content to dive into the depths of the zombie filled city (thoughts of dante inferno like imagery- capture more of those tales of secret nature and corruption we had when Raubahn became all right, what sort of beasts lurk in a dead city... maybe even the dead have brought forth a dead primal). Final product being a luxurious water city or something.
What if instead of Ishgard Restoration they had us do a "Realm Restoration" project as each server. Every patch we would restore something on the source.
