I find the alternative name of the Au Ra most curious when considering that dragons as we know them don't exist on the First due to them only arriving post-Sundering.

Honestly, I think the one of the mysteries I want clarified most in Endwalker is the origin of the races as there's nothing really conclusive about exactly when/how they came into being.
