I'm not new to the MMO world at all. Regardless, what I said was the viewpoint of other new players. Their words were literally "There's too much to do." So... yeah.
I'm new to FFXIV as well and I will be honest, I am enjoying every minute of it. It gives me everything that I want in an MMO. I just got done playing SWTOR and the initial rush of playing a SW game was great but the design felt far to single player to me. So far I have meet people (Jason Rahl) that helped me get to all the cities, and complete the V-Day event 3/3 chokers. My friend is now playing and so is my brother and we all spent years on FFXI. Only thing I wish they had was more gear but I know they are still polishing and I am willing to wait to see the end product all in all I am haing fun and I can't wait to explore some more. THM 11, CNJ 12, Weaver 10, BTN 10 =) I have been busy.
WHO CAN'T WAIT FOR 2.0!?!?!?
Welcome!
It makes me happy to hear of new blood coming to the game :-)
Maybe after the merger we will be on the same server and we can hang out.

Welcome Ibiku Kushrenada! Glad you are enjoying yourself.![]()
It does have. For people that have a life outside, it's pretty reasonable. For lifeless souls, of course the game won't ever have enough cOntent. Same goes for alcoholics or drug addicts. Never enough booze or dough.
Glad to see this game has such a welcoming community. It's hard to find in MMOs nowadays. I remember in Everquest and Ultima Online, how close knit those communities were.
The game is what you make it. Glad you are having a good time!
