That's the website I was referencing about blue mage . It uses those who participates and doesn't poll every single page to see if they have spells or not. (% represents players interested in tracking stuff, not the entire playerbase).


You simply have to view the blue mage spells sections to know that, there is no way the numbers are so high until you realize that it''s based off people who go to that website to log which spells they have or not (like I did).

Well that's for BLU spells, you can't publicly see that. Achievements on the other hand are public (if they chose to set it to public)

No, it quite literally means one is cut. If one of the two EW ultimates is a delayed ShB ultimate that is at least 70% done (at this moment - this many months before EW), then where is the third ultimate (rather the second EW ultimate)? If only two are coming out one was cut, and the resources are being allocated elsewhere.

Well that's for BLU spells, you can't publicly see that. Achievements on the other hand are public (if they chose to set it to public)

If we assume the 'public' data that they use is different for those two, you can then go to the story achievement mounts and then compare them to bancho. Stuff is still inflated when you go into the details, by a lot.


Like I said the achievement for binding coil was 90% (not saying binding coil is ultimate tier, just referencing it) then they gave about 120k for those who have it. Yet with Bancho we had an easy half mil active capped players.



No matter how you slap 120k into 500k you're not getting 90% clear rate lol.



Looking at it another way, and why I say this with confidence that these other sites don't poll all the lodestone pages (they're limiting it somehow, and not the entire population), is by simply looking at steam. Steam achievements, people sometimes don't even play the games they buy. Witcher 3 achievement for winning the game, you'd think it's like 90% right? Lol no.



When you've got numbers that don't make sense and numbers that suggest "massive parts of the community take part in this content", lots of red flags are going. Especially when we start talking about the harder optional content. Honestly 1% is a good thing for ultimate, like.. 1% of the active player base did it is pretty impressive. 0.09% crystal data center is more what I normally expect out of people though lol (saying this as a person who has no urge to even begin to think about attempting the content, not the time, nor desire to play that skilled, that's peak performance stuff, like I don't want to be an olympic athlete either but I still care about my health a bit). Good on the other servers for boosting that % :P.

Couldn't even confirm 2 ultimates eh, will they not make savage piss baby easy to make up for it? Of course not. They have forgotten why they made ultimates in the first place.

I mean binding coil is soloable right now so I don't see why a 85 clear rate isn't reasonable. Plus there's some great glam behind it too

Don't simply add the % of each column either, each server has a different population so the % are not the same. See the total at the bottom for active ratio (not dead accounts) who cleared = 1.22%.

Just wanna to point out the chart you are looking at is TEA clears as of 2/11, when the content is 3 months old, from fflog.
Anyone who got a clear by that time is a HC or sHC raider. I’m surprised there were more than 1%.
Plus it’s from fflog, where not every clear is uploaded, so it under-present the real number when the content is still fresh.
