Give me a good reason to why not? the paying rent thing? How many houses do you not see around that is left empty or more or less abandoned?

Also this could be a good place for SE to track RMT, and actually show that they mean business, when it is not permitted or something down those lines...

also I think people is to used to rewards, now having to maintain something to keep it, would be a great idea alongside with auto demolition that we already got.
