This would punish small fcs by pressuring them to recruit solely because of gil costs. Hard pass from me.

It would punish small FC's that decide on a large or medium house, yes... a large would be 96millions per year.... 24 millions per year if playing the game for a small, is easy to do for single person FC, but probably would cut the cost with 4 people meaning each person has to kick in 500k per month... 500K is nothing in FFXIV and easy to get.

It will put the thumb screws on the 1 person FC's yes, the system would offer more houses being available, there should be a price to owning a piece of property in game.
