Yet in statics, everyone should know where they're supposed to be. Outside of some very niche scenarios such as rescuing a melee dps to move them while in animation lock when using Limit Break, there's no real need for it.

Randoms in Duty Finder however, is where you'll encounter people who don't know what they're doing and who you will need to rescue.

I get it. I was literally just rescued in Orbonne, when I was completely safe where I was to begin with. I've been rescued before in dungeons as a Paladin, using Hallowed Ground to eat AoEs from trash mobs, so I was perfectly safe where I was.
I still wouldn't want to turn off rescue, or have others turn it off.

It seems like people don't read your whole post when they don't break the whole thing down and refute every single sentence one by one?
Maybe it seems like you don't handle rejection of your opinions so well.

You're 100% correct! When someone responds with a one line reply that doesn't directly relate to what I've outlined in my explanation and reasoning for making a suggestion, I don't handle it well. Especially when the comment ignores points I already made in my OP to address it.

It definitely helps clarify points being made and aids in having a constructive conversation when people reply to something that's been said *sagenod*
