Interesting, does that include for new accounts as well? Because Blizzard has a separate introduction for new players and I don't think DK/DH can get into that new intro.

I believe new players can just make them. They barely start with much of a head start (by the time you finish their starting zones, you'll be about 10 like the rest)

Edit: But they can't do the tutorial island, no.
