    At what point would English not be needed? It'll still be the most popular language if I took a guess, Frence and German people would prob. speak english to each other, also EU players does not = Frence/German, it includes many others of which the biggest would be English

    So you don't "need" English - you can probably get by with German.

    I would say most people who can speak german live in germany, austria and switzerland.
