EU players new server

I think that the NA lodestone article about the server#10 beeing a french/german speaking server is a miss translation.
If i translate the announce on the french side it'll give something like this:

-"We especially think about European players who are fewer and rather scattered between the different worlds :so,we think about a way in order to help them to regroup easily and effectively if they wish so."

I'm not that good in english but i hope you guys was able to understand something ^^'

So yeah server#10 will be in favour of European players but NA,JP,and others will be welcomed as well.In my opinion communication will no be an issue,all of us know one or two words in english and the in game auto-translation could help.
It'll be sad to see that the server#10 will be left alone by non-European players.
Well we still have time to think about this and my ls is still discussing with friends about witch server to pick when the day finally comes.

Seems like the german and french players are the reason for that solution no. 4
I don't want it to be like that -.-
Well on Wutai aren't that many German players so a few more would be nice, but a nearly whole german community on ONE server? No thanks :/
