Why do people bother dodging aoe during trash pulls?

By the time they're completely resistant to stun the fights nearly over, assuming the group is optimized for speed. If you're not doing a speed run then min/maxing uptime like this doesn't really matter.

Besides, a lot of AoE's have effects like stun and knockback anyways, so letting them hit you will screw up your DPS even worse.

It's not speed running this thread is aimed at your average player you will find duty roulette.

You are incorrect in your last statement, none of the AOEs in the current expert dungeons have a stun or a knockback and it's very rare for a trash aoe to have one in any dungeon

The purpose of this thread is to let people know that AOEs are safe to eat and let bad players know it's the optimal thing to do
