The stuff they got on release, the glasses and mask and blindfolds and all that stuff they could wear? Yeah, that was what they intended on "adding bit by bit" post release. But the devs snuck behind his back and did it anyway to have it done for release.
Yes, the thing we were supposedly supposed to get over time was hair.. They haven't given us any in a year and a half..
