I mean, mass pulling obviously still works as a WAR, but it's just slower, less clean, more awkward than the other tanks I've played. I'm sure I'll get used to it, but the awkward pulling makes me indecisive. A few groups I've been in probably thought I was having a seizure as I changed my mind between sprinting forward anyways or trying to pick up the strays mid pull. lol
Unless they changed it in shb yes healing is also affected by tank stance. Its not a waste of a cd if you use it to heal the damage from the pull itself, warrior also has self healing out the arse anyway with nascent flash and loads of cooldowns so if you desperately want a smooth pull wasting it won't be an issue. Alternatively just do 2 gcds every time before moving on or let you party take some light scrapes.

It has not changed, it works very well on GNB since you set yourself up with Aurora to automatically draw in aggro for easier aoe combos.

With Warrior Equilibrium is an okay option to pull it away if they get stuck behind you (and if you won't need it for the pull pending on your healer). Overpower-Mythril Tempest is a great way for the first pull to get 20 BG for Onslaught. Then Onslaught into the next mob, do Overpower-Mythril Tempest, then set up eye.

WAR is annoying since you do have to set up eye mid pull or else you lose out on some extra damage for your first OP-MT combo. If you have a set of three going first you can try doing something like 1-2-(Provoke the third mob), then head off to the next set with Onslaught, set up Eye, then Overpower-Mythril Tempest. Then just go into your full Infuriate-Chaotic Cyclone stuff till you do IR. If you move fast enough (or even save Equi/ToB for the next pull to generate some aggro), your healer and dps won't be slammed with aggro before you get your eye up.

Equilibrium is fantastic for anything you didn't catch. Don't consider it a waste of a resource, consider it a use for the resource.
You can already heal yourself to pull in a large group without it thanks to Nascent Flash.
And of course, good old provoke if there's just one thing you couldn't keep on you while running.

As GNB I usually use Aurora (my HoT) as I'm pulling big. It helps to counter any Regen a healer might throw on me, and it keeps things focused on me 98% of the time, so long as the dps don't get too crazy. Most wait until the group comes to a stop though. So yeah, I'd wager any sort of heal a tank can put out will help.
