If they were introduced as just another race and they were all buggy etc then I’d agree with you. But they specifically said no hats, and you roll knowing that.

Their error was conceding only a little a bit because once you do that people only want more.

Sorry but I'll agree to disagree. Release Viera and Hrothgar as is was a mistake and the devs need to be callout on it, not be enabled for it. Sometimes it feels like they forgot the hard earned lessons from years past. Not letting players use hairstyles or headgear that they have earned over the years kind of insulting and shows they should have spent more time designing the races to make them work in the current system. Next making them gender lock is a leap backwards from the Realm Reborn days where they introduced Male Miqo'te and Female Roagadyn.
