Is that unreasonable? I can ask for a ham sandwich and if it's prepared weird I have no right to complain? I'm paying after all. It's not like I'm threatening to quit or anything, I'm just issuing my concerns with this system and questioning why it came to pass.
You do realize that if they could have done this a better way they probably would have right?
You all really think they sat around thinking up ways to create this that would best screw you all?
I'd like to hear an explanation at least, because this isn't working out for many people here and we deserve to know how and why they came to this decision.
