I honestly rather not see WHM losing Assize's damage component with its healing component. It feels great to use when you need to heal but you can also do damage simultaneously when using it. Instead, if WHM has clipping issues and people would rather have a more supportive playstyle for healers, I rather SE introduce a skill that 'imbues holy/elemental power onto another player' - where the targeted player's weaponskill/spell will get an added damage to the potency scaling of WHM's glare for around 5 to 10 seconds - but this skill also disables WHM from using their nuke for the same duration. This way, because the GCD DPS action has been moved over to another player, WHM technically have access to all their AoE healing GCDs being treated as a more complicated 'OGCD' with an MP cost for the duration of the period, all their oGCDs can be casted freely during this long period 'weave' window, and WHM can move freely as a result. WHM having the strongest MP economy with Assize, Thin Air, and Lucid Dreaming + saved mp from not using glare for the duration of the skill will balance out the use of medica II/medica MP cost imo.
