No, they didn't change it. You're making an assumption. I've been in plenty of cluster farm groups and got between 10-30 every 20 or so minutes. I've gotten enough for atleast 3 mounts now from the shop for 180 clusters each, and this was all farming before I had surgery a few days before Halloween.

I get aggressive because it's not required.
It's the equivalent of someone shoving a manual in your face after you've already said you read it and were talking about something else aside from the manual.
It's redundant.
The only reason one would do it is to try to be a know-it-all and treat the opening poster like they were stupid.
