People would be able to clear those raids even without the roulette, it'd just take even longer or it would mean organizing outside of DF as was done for alliance raids prior to the implementation of the roulette.

You're just playing a broken record, acting like if any queue eventually pops the associated roulettes are perfectly fine.

The disparity would not be that large if the roulette functioned as intended because the devs definitely didn't intend for artificially increased wait times for some of the content in the same roulette - if they did they also wouldn't have locked current expansion relic weapons behind completion of the content with the longest wait time.
